We are building AQVentura as a source-aware directory, not a scraped list. Each factual detail should identify its source, date checked and editorial owner.

1. Start with primary sourcesOfficial park, protected-area, operator and certification-agency information comes first.
2. Separate editorial judgement from factsOur notes explain why a place may suit a traveller; they do not pretend to be an operator’s official policy.
3. Show verification statusProfiles distinguish editorial guides, operator-confirmed details and information awaiting refresh.
4. Never sell safety claimsAdvertising and affiliate relationships cannot change a safety note, rating or suitability label.
5. Invite correctionsOperators and travellers can flag outdated information; material changes receive an update date.

Data partners we use as reference points

For diving, we link to certification-agency directories and safety education. For protected waters, we favour local authorities and UNESCO-style official listings. For attractions, the venue’s own guest information controls current opening and admission details.
